Ernie Mangione was once a hit man for the mob. Now he's out of that and a law-abiding citizen. But when he learns his wife is cheating on him with his daughter's best friend's father, he's ready to come out of retirement to square things away. He instead decides to have a small-time hood take care of the situation. This decision just makes things worse when Ernie realizes he's being set-up for a double-cross by the hood.
